Homemade Corn Tortillas

2 cups Corn Masa
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 - 2 cups very warm water

Add sea salt to corn masa and mix in.  Slowly add water to dry ingredients, stirring to mix well.  Cover and let sit for one hour.  Dough should not be sticky.

After one hour, roll dough into 12 balls.  Using a tortilla press, flatten the dough balls and transfer to a cast iron skillet or griddle.  I use parchment or wax paper in the tortilla press to keep the dough from sticking to anything.  Do not oil/grease skillet/griddle.  Cook approximately 1 min each side.
